We had a great experience working with D&D Logowear to produce over 200 t-shirts, embroidered logos on hats, and gift tote bags for our 77th anniversary of our family farming business, for the purpose of thanking our employees and their families! D&D Logowear's attention to detail and dedication to excellence were outstanding. We highly recommend this business and their gift shop is also really high quality. We also purchased several birthday and anniversary gifts from their darling gift shop!

Procrastinated to the last minute with our first bbq competition. The Team at D &D logo wear were helpful and produced a great product on short notice. We had a custom apron made for our team. Looked great. Thank you.

I would like to say that this company does a good job, sometimes they do

Unfortunately, sometimes they don't

When they DO have issues with their work, don't expect them to correct or compensate you for those issues

If they ruin your clothing that they are supposed to be embroidering, don't expect them to replace it

If they **LOSE YOUR CLOTHING** don't expect them to take responsibility or replace it

In fact, don't expect much. Don't use them. Don't expect them to be reasonable, do a good job or take responsibility for a badly done job

Yes these are all real things they did. Yes we are out the $ we spent on the clothing. Yes we spoke with the owner and NO, they did not correct or replace any of it

I STRONGLY recommend you do not use these people. There are plenty of better, reputable businesses that you could use who would not lose your clothes, would not ruin your clothes and would take responsibility if they did

I had a very very unfortunate experience with this company.
Brought in my white jacket for embroidery.
Paid for it out front. Wrote my name on how O want it to appear, owner and staff checked it. Was Told it may take 3 weeks but they will make it work in 1 week. I was to be informed by txt when ready. 2 weeks passed no txt. i called and was told it shld be ready that week. Yesterday got a call saying it has not been started. I was asked which side embroidery shld be on and I said non pocket side. My husband picked it up, not only did they butchered my name and of course blamed it on me that i did not write it correctly, they embroidered my name on the wrong side despite asking me where I want it. Made an excuse that they have a new employee and I was suppose to just take that.
Manager called me this morning blaming it all on me. No effort whatsoever to speak nicely. I guess small businesses shld also get training with customer service especially with a very frustrated customer. I think thats how you stay in business. Good customer service!
They messed up my $25.jacket and charged me $15 for the embroidery. She did say she will refund me for the embroidery but angrily then hang up on me.
Im left in awe. I can only hope she also learns from this experience and not treat customers like this.
How did I hope to resolve this? Ideally, refund half the cost of my jacket and refund me the full price of the embroidery but was open for options. She did say I got a gift card she gave my husband. Does she think I still want to give her my business after this?
I ll just charge this to experience and move on. Very Very unfortunate.

So happy I found this place! Their work is great and with a quick turnaround. I came here to have a name embroidered on a little Levi's jacket and the cost was very reasonable. It seems like they do a ton of custom orders, however they also have cute items in their storefront for purchase also! I will definitely be coming back here for more personalized gifts for bridal showers, baby showers, etc. Thanks!
