Posh Paws Spa Bath A Spa Bath begins with a massaging, cleansing and renewing warm bath. We use our organic Shampoo to cleanse your pet's skin while removing deep-down dirt and dander (special shampoo upgrades available). We gently massage each pet to soothe away tension. Spa Bath treatment includes nail clipping or filing, ear cleaning and anal gland extraction (By Request only), Teeth Brushing, along with a towel wrap and warm air blow out to make your pet as beautiful and as comfortable as possible. My girl has never liked getting her nails trimmed and certainly not by people she's not familiar with. For the longest time I hesitated taking her to a groomer because of how sensitive she can can be. The first time I brought her, a lovely girl took her in and she just left such an impression on me that I keep going back. Unfortunately I don't remember her name and I don't think she works there anymore. I was so freaked out about dropping my baby off and she was so comforting and empathetic. The second time I really was scared to take her back since I didn't know if I'd get the same girl but I did go and the next groomer was great to. The third time, it's gotten easier for both me and my girl . I don't live in the area but I'll only bring her here because of how consistent the groomers are. Happy that I have a place to bring her, this girls nails grow long!

I have been taking my dog to Posh Paws for quite awhile. Rory is the very best groomer and takes such good care of my little guy. Beau just loves her and I will always take him there because she does a great job. The most important thing is that Beau is comfortable with Rory and he always looks so good when he's done.

First time taking my Boston Terrier here, she is a little freaked by new people sometimes. The team worked with her and she took to them with no problems. I will definitely be back!

I have taken my dog here one time before and was happy with the service. This time NOT so much. Dropped my dog off and when my daughter picker her up she looked like a fluffy mess. The goal was to have her get a haircut bath and nail trim. I was billed for a bath and a pad trim. The total was $59. Not to mention she still had a dirty tail and Mats in it. I called back and said I didn't get what I wanted and how much to bring her back to get what I wanted. They said it would be another $70. Total $129. OUTRAGEOUS. I said I would never return that this was crazy. Christian replied "ok". Thank you. Where has the customer service gone these days. I will be letting everyone I know to not go the Posh Paws (Rocklin). If you do go here. Know exactly what you are getting and the price or you will be sorry.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, but let's address some facts. We're sorry for any confusion, but your online booking clearly stated 'Bath Brush only.' Moreover, your appointment began 30 minutes late due to your delayed arrival.
Despite not having the staff available for a full haircut, we accommodated your husband's request for a paw pad trim. When you expressed dissatisfaction, we explained that redoing the entire appointment, including the bath, would be necessary to fulfill your original request. You NEVER paid $129, you paid for a bath brush and a paw trim for $70, including your tip, lets ensure we have that factual.
We understand your frustration, but it's important to note that your tardiness disrupted another client's appointment who arrived on time. Redoing the appointment requires additional time and resources, hence the associated cost. We prioritize providing quality service, but we can't compromise our standards or absorb extra costs due to your error in booking the appt. If ever you encounter confusion, calling is always best instead of booking online.

Pricy at $100+ for a senior on fixed income, but they do a great job. Courteous, friendly and they listen to what you want. I was pleased with the results. Be careful of expensive upgrades that they encourage you to take. I hope that a 6 week schedule of grooming will work for a Yorkie. That would be about $700 a year for gr

I 've been taking my 2 female, small Yorkshire Terrier's here for about a year. Today I took them for an appointment I made yesterday with 2 groomer's they've never been to before, Emma & Juliana. These two groomer's did the Best job on my two dogs!!! Their haircut's are perfect, their nails are trimmed to perfection! The times before were just ok, but today was perfect! Sometimes you need to try new people & you'll be pleasantly surprised like I was today!! :-)

Anna and Majesty always do an amazing job with my Yorkies!!One of my dogs has been groomed by other groomers there too and they've also done an amazing job! When you look around at all of the groomers working it looks like everyone there really cares about the dogs and they're all doing a great job!!
