Job Description:

As a server, busser, or host, you play an important role in guest satisfaction and adding your own personal touch to the dining experience. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to; greeting the customers warmly, taking orders and communicating with guests about when their food will be ready and any problems that may arise in a friendly and sincere manner, serving drinks, interacting with other staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible, keeping tables neat and clean, checking on your customers throughout the meal and keeping the tasting bar stocked and clean. It is important that if you are applying for the server position, that you have had prior restaurant serving experience. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time, have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, be able to multitask, be customer oriented and have a SafeServ certificate (if you do not have one upon applying, you will be given a link to get one upon hire).
