PLACER COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® IS COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICE By, Placer County Association of REALTORS® With the real estate market continuing its strong climb into unprecedented territory in Placer County, the Placer County Association of REALTORS® (PCAR) remains the region’s leading industry expert in education, networking and professional standards. With over 4,000 REALTOR® and affiliate members, Cheryl Keller of RE/MAX Gold was recently installed as the association’s 2021 President. Keller will be challenged with continuing to lead the group through an ever-evolving business climate in an ongoing worldwide pandemic- a task that she is well prepared for with over 21-years in the industry. Each year the president of PCAR sets the tone for the coming months with a theme that describes their mission and values that they have set forth for the association. This year’s theme “Individually We Can Make a Difference, Together we R PCAR Strong,” highlights Keller’s commitment to both the organization and the community they serve. From guiding clients through the homebuying/selling process to proving to be incredibly service oriented, PCAR members are widely known for their charitable works and contributions in Placer County. “It was important for me to create a sense of optimism for the association as we emerged from a year filled with so much trial and tribulation,” said Keller. “I chose a theme that focused on how we can all do our own part as individuals in our community, but that we also have a unique opportunity as members of PCAR to do more, be more and serve more.” Keller’s desire to give back to the community has been a long-standing theme in her own personal career as well. Her years of work with the Women’s Council of REALTORS® as well as with various other committees at PCAR has demonstrated a commitment to serving those in need. The Placer County Association of REALTORS ® is a real estate membership based organization with 4,000+ members in the Placer County Area. The Placer Association is focused on being the leading advocate of the real estate industry; to serve the communities in which we do business; and to build valuable alliances locally and statewide to promote private property rights.
